Jekyll Island is unlike any other beach destination. The island is only seven miles long and one and a half miles wide, with more than 65% of the island preserved as undeveloped wilderness. Even though the island is small, Jekyll guests need help navigating and are always curious about this special place. Guests who travel to Jekyll often assume that the people who work here are island experts, so we should all be prepared to help our visitors.

The Jekyll Island eLearning Program will cover all the basics of the island – from history and nature, to activities and events. The program will also help you understand why we’re dedicated to preserving this island and why we love to invite visitors to enjoy one of the most fascinating places on Earth.
